The spa receptionist is the first point of contact both by telephone and of the greeting of the guests at The Club Spa. Responsibilities range from meeting and greeting to assisting the therapist and spa manager in the day to day running of the spa.
Essentional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Book appointments using premier spa system
- Stock ordering
- Answers inquiries pertaining to the hotel and spa services
- Opening and closing spa duties
- computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests
- End of day cashing up
- Up selling of spa products and services
Hours: 15 - 17
Days per Week: 5 (Weekends included) and to cover holiday leave when needed
