The postholder will assist in the provision of an intermediate care service to assist patients to achieve their best levels of independence. They must have previous experience working in a healthcare setting and must be self-motivated with good communication skills. The postholder must possess a full, current and clean driving license. Although this post is advertised as full time, applications will also be considered for part time working.
