To ensure that customers enquiries are dealt with efficiently and with the highest standards of customer care. Ensure that all contracts are prepared, checked, sent out and followed up in a timely manner. Ensure that all the central administration duties are completed in a timely manner to the required standard. Ensure that C4W and exchequer are maintained with current information and updated as required. To undertake ad-hoc administration tasks on behalf of the Senior management team as required. To ensure that all current Health and Safety Guidelines are followed.
Hours: 40
Days per Week: 5 (Monday - Friday)
Shift: 8.30am - 5pm - 30 minute lunch break
Probationary period 22 weeks, holidays to start 15 days plus bank holidays
