Experienced restaurant manager required to support manager in all day to day aspects of running busy beach bistro. Must be fast and efficient, have excellent customer services skills, used to cash handling, ordering stock , training junior staff, stock taking etc. Must have perfect English, and have a passion for good food and wine.
Start date: immediate
Hours: 45 per week over 5.5 days
Shift patterns: 8am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm, also some split shifts
