Receptionist at Pomme D'Or Hotel

To provide a hospitable, courteous and professional service to guests at all times by provision of an efficient and friendly guest check in, check out and enquiry service • Answer guest queries and requests both face to face and by phone • Liaise with other departments in the hotel ensuring full communication and information flow at all times • Assist new colleagues by involvement in induction and training • Carry out various hotel administration tasks as required e.g maintaining floats, typing menus, cashiering duties etc • A genuine people oriented attitude - must have a real interest in others and their needs • Some formal reception or customer service skills training would be of value • The ability to speak French or German would be a distinct advantage Typical Shift patterns: 7:00am – 3:30pm / 3:00pm – 11:30pm and some late shifts 4:30pm – 2:00am
