Minimum requirement of at least 4 GCSEs or equivalent (to include A-C grade in both Maths and English) and a relevant Microsoft qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Windows based Operating Sytems MS Office 2007-2010 preferrable.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years previous experience IT help desk experience and have the ability to work confidently and efficiently displaying a courteous and professional manner when logging and handling initial queries from staff. The role also demands a high degree of commitment and flexibility and requires a team player who can work on their own initiative.
Duties include:
* Log all incidents and service requests demonstrating initiative to categorise and prioritise tasks
* To provide 1st line investigation and diagnosis of incidents and service requests measured against SLA's
* To provide maintenance of hardware
