We seek a Barperson and waiting staff for our Banjo Restaurant for either our lunch (10am-5pm)or evening (6pm-12/1am). Training can be provided for the right candidate but previous experience would be preferable.
Duties include:
• Follow approved order of service for your section or responsibilities as well as helping the waiter follow their responsibilities.
• Ensure all stock (inc. perishables) are stored correctly and securely in accordance with company standards in matters of Health and Safety and Food Safety.
• Be helpful/courteous to other employees/guests when in public or back of house areas.
• Anticipate and solve problems.
• Encourage a “can-do” culture.
• Control costs wherever possible for all restaurant sections.
• Follow correct purchasing/delivery/ invoicing procedures.
• Ensure all stock is rotated in accordance with Restaurant/Company standards.
