Second Chef at The Modern Hotel Group

We are looking to recruit a Second Chef to work at the Metropole Hotel. You will produce food to a high standard, adhering to all Health and Safety/Food Hygiene procedures. Assist the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management. Stand in for the Head Chef during times of absence. Previous experience in a large kitchen, preferably in a busy Hotel/Restaurant serving up to 300 covers. A minimum of 5 years kitchen experience is required. - Minimum of a Level 2 in Food Hygiene - Knowledge of HandS / HACCP Hours: 42 Days per Week: 6 (Weekends included) Start Date: Immediate
