Duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Ensure pastry food production on time as requested
• Ensure that produced pastry adhered to quality and specification standards
• Present, photograph and write recipe for the product
• Meet hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Planning of production process
• Process improvements
• Control of food cost and product wastage
• Control quality consistency of pastry produced
• To undertake any other duties relevant to the post and requested by Head Chef
Hours: 45
Days per Week: 5/6 (Weekends included)
