Sales and Events Co-ordinator at L' Horizon Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales and Events Co-ordinator to join the Revenue Office team at L’Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who have a passion for providing excellent customer service and able to communicate confidently and professionally on all levels. You will fulfil the administration duties required in taking a customer enquiry and booking, ensuring hotel correspondence and hotel systems are accurately completed. You will have the ability to engage and build rapport with all clients who are planning an event, conference or wedding, you may meet Bride and Grooms or conference organisers and will be responsible for ensuring all the information relating to a given event is communicated to the operational team. Hours: 42.5 Days per Week: 5 (Weekends included) Start Date: 01st May 2014
