We are recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for the forthcoming season, commencing on 7 April until 30 September 2014.
The position will involve overseeing the running of the Restaurant, Lounge bar and Alfresco terrace.
Accommodation: Live in accommodation is available if required. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential

Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
Events organisation - Negotiating with clients for catering, parties, weddings, etc
Purchase and control of inventory
Monitor revenues and expenses
Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
Recruitment and staff training where required
Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations
