Experienced Junior Sous Chef is required for the Boat House Restaurant in St Aubin. Assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the ktichen, rotas, menu development, hygiene monitoring, ordering. Able to operate under pressure and have experience of a similar role. An initial 6 month rolling contract will be offered.

Days per Week: 5/6 (Weekends included)
