Responsibilities include; Supervision of subordinate staff, support the management of existing client relationships, act as the first line of contact for client requests and escalate to management when operational issues arise. Relevant previous experience is preferred. A relevant professional qualification is also preferable for this role e.g. Category C - JFSC or equivalent qualification.
Ensure subordinate staff (if applicable) are communicated with on a regular basis.
Hours: 35
Days per Week: 5 (Monday - Friday)
