• Implementing the Wealth and Premier strategy and achieve the key performance indicators
• Leading and creating the HSBC customer first culture by providing coaching, guidance, technical expertise and regulatory supervision to a team of Premier Relationship Manager and High Net Worth Premier Client Managers in acting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Working with Branch Managers and the Mortgage Team to maximise Premier and Premier aspirant opportunities with customers being serviced by appropriate advisors in line with the Banks strategy
• Being accountable for compliance, sales quality and Professional Standards Scheme for the team
