You are the first and last face our guests see, so we rely on you to make a lasting impression! You will povide a hospitable, courteous and professional service to guests at all times, ensuring the greatest standard of Guest Care and welcome. Ideally you will have hotel experience, but personality and aptitude are more important, as we will provide full training. You will need a good understanding of reception and cashiering duties, strong communication skills, a customer focused attitude, a calm disposition and ability to work under pressure, good administration, organisational and computer skills as well as lots of enthusiam and energy.
Fluent in spoken and written english, well presented, friendly and professional. Ideally for someone who wants to develop their experience in a large hotel environment.
