Events Assistant at Jersey Finance

The postholder reports to the Events Manager. Key duties will include assisting the Events Manager with: managing budgets, negotiating contracts, selecting venues, website content, booking travel and accommodation, delegate communications, creating presentations, audio/visual set-up, speaker bookings, food and beverage selection, on-site set-up. It may also include attendance at events and occasional overseas travel. Prior experience is desirable, although full training will be given. Hours: 35 Days per Week: 5
