You will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the daily running of the HR department, supporting the Hotel Management Team.
Responsibilities:
• Administration
• Recruitment
• Establishment of policies
• Training and development of all team members
• Responsibility for the property succession plan and development
• Compliance with local labour law
• Responsibility for budget of HR Department
• Proactive with ability of reinforcing Company’s values
• You must be capable of participating in the Hotel Duty Management rota, supporting the property GM. Flexible work schedule necessary.
Requirements:
At least 2 years HR experience in the similar HR related role within busy customer service orientated environment.
