This is an interesting a varied customer facing position requiring the highest levels of customer service at all times.
The successful postholder will be expected to carry out airport public address calls, be the first point of contact for Port enquiries and bureau de change functions involving responsibility for large amounts of cash. Following training, they will be expected to act under their own initiative taking decisions in line with Ports of Jersey policies and procedures.
