Under new management, we are recruiting a full time Receptionist to complete our Reception team. Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Carry out all tasks as required by the Reception Manager
• Dealing with guests over the telephone
• Understand the rate strategy
• Taking and inputting reservations
• Answering emails and telephone enquiries
• Be thorough in recording the bookings
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Liaising with housekeeping
• Liaising with the restaurant in relation to reservations
• Liaising with the Night Porter on changeover
• Working with the rest of the reservationist team to build customer relations and field complaints
Core skills required:
• Numerate
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft office
• Excellent Customer relations skills
• Knowledge of Protel an advantage, however, training will be given
