The role of a nurse in the Radiology Department is varied. It involves direct patient care and assisting during sterile procedures. Work is undertaken in areas where x ray, ultrasound and MRI examinations are performed. Participation in the training of staff and the development of the service forms part of this position.
This job is for 17 hours per week. The hours will be arranged to fit in with the Sister who also works part-time and allow time for hand over.
