The role requires an individual who can achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; regularly analysing and acting upon variances. It will include the implementation of an annual business plan including profit and loss accounts. Responsibility for ordering stock, (negotiating best price with suppliers) and preparing timely, accurate, high quality reports on a monthly basis. Responsibilities also include line management of 5 full time, 2 part time and 2 weekend retail staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years retail experience at a senior level and be a proven service excellence leader who is capable of training, motivating and managing a sales team.
