We are looking for experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join our busy Kitchen Team
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role within well established busy hospitality environment;
Aware of all regulations concerning health and safety, food safety, hygiene, fire safety, HACCP etc.;
To carry out all tasks as required by the Head Chef / Supervisors
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Team player with ability to work on his own behalf
Motivated "hands on" person
Yes I Can! attitude
Well organised and able to work under pressure during periods of high and low demand
Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and concepts;
