Immediate opening for a Bartender to work in one of it's four unique hotels on Sark, Channel Islands. Knowledge of wines and cocktails as well as good sense of organization and cleanliness is required as well as an ability to work well in a busy environment and make a positive contribution to the team. Daily Tasks include stocking and cleaning the bar area, cash and credit card handling. Working closely with the waiting staff to ensure an excellent guest dining experience. Successful candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy environment where the guest experience is a primary focus.
