To be responsible for the day-to-day accounts of the CPT
Monitoring the financial performance of CPT, in conjunction with the Treasurer
To take responsibility for budget controls, assisting and advising other Managers with their accounts, as necessary
The preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
The collection and recording of numerical data relevant to the operation of the business
Preparation of ad hoc reports for the Trustees, to be presented by the Treasurer
The financial management of donations/grants
Resolving customer queries
Liaising with outside agencies; Social Security, Parishes, Education, Sport andCulture, other charities
Knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise, cope with multiple demands and pressures and work with minimum supervision
