To assist with the day to day duties of running design projects and administration. To assist in managing staff to achieve project targets. To produce written and drawn information packages at all levels of the RIBA work stage plan. To assist the Employer in corresponding with clients, or their representatives, statutory authorities, design consultants, general building contarctors and sub-contractors. Carry out site visits/inspections and advise on technical issues. Follow through with associated administration. Assist in completion of measured surveys.
Carry out continued professional development (CPD) responsibilities. Programme personal and project team work schedules.
Applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and will need to demonstrate good computer and administrative skills. Vectoworks experience is desirable.
