We are actively seeking an experienced assistant Contracts Manager.
Job Description:
manage the relationship of our existing portfolio of clients and attract new contracts
Attend site appointment with prospective clients, gain the clients requirements and act on the information
Read and understand architectural and structural drawings, take measurements
Monitor work schedules and ensure timescales and budgets are on target
Organize and tracking all orders placed within the company
Requirements:
Previous construction experience
Experience with Microsoft office, excel etc.
Sales experience
Self-motivated and persistent when required
You will be based within our Five Oaks showroom where you will also be required to attend to any clients who visit the showroom on a day to day basis, to include a Saturday.
Salary 28k – 35k
