Create and maintain employee files, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed. Liaise with Forum as needed.
Send out contracts as needed.
Respond to emails and phone calls; act as a first point of contact for GFF.
Call contractors to fill work requests from CH2M.
Prepare materials for installer training courses.
Log disciplinary procedures.
Record absences.
Miscellaneous odd jobs as instructed by Resourcing Manager.
Maintain payroll bureau master and monthly payroll bureau, ensuring they are up to date with new hires, resignations and detail changes.
Keep IT IS files up to date.
Send general notices to GFF contractors from reminders about timesheets to information about project update meetings.
Collate timesheets for all planners, switchover team, HR, back to work, and installers on GFF contracts.
