Chef required for busy local pub dining rooms in Rozel Bay. Will work under the direction of the head chef from Chateau la Chaire to prepare and serve dishes using only fresh ingredients. Menu is based on traditional home cooked pub fayre and daily specials to a high specification. Must have good English skills. Kitchen experience to a high standard is also required.
Hours: 45 per week over 6 days
Shifts: Lunch and Dinner
