The position is to be based on a variety of developments; the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and up keep of multiple landscaped areas across all sites. Being able bodied and reasonably active as some manual work and lifting will be required. Must have the ability to drive a light van or car and having own transport is preferable but not essential. In order to communicate efficiently with the line manager you must be able to speak and understand English.
