Chef de Partie required. Must be competent, hard working, talented and flexible. Quick learner. Honest and reliable. Used to working in a busy environment. Must have level 2 food hygiene or be prepared to do it. Must be able to back up experience with references. Accommodation available. Must be used to cooking with fresh produce. No packet to micro wave chefs please.
