Opportunities exist within Older Adult Mental Health (Continuing Care inpatients) for motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our team. You will be expected to promote health and independence by supporting our Registered Nurses in the delivery of person centred care to our residents in order to achieve planned goals.
