Great full or part time oppourtunity for someone to provide support to the legal team and a number of business areas of the Kleinwort Benson Group to include Banking, Fund Administration, Custodian Trustee and Treasury. Prior experience across all areas is not essential. The role will offer exciting breadth, working across a number of different business areas.
Scope of responsibilities include:
• Assist and participate in legal audit and reporting
• Advise and engage with negotiation of client facing and supplier agreements
• Review and approve client facing and internal documents
• Advise on legal issues of a strategic or operational nature
• Provide legal support in a timely and proactive manner
