Our Food and Beverage team is looking to recruit a Commis Sommelier for Saffrons, our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be friendly and motivated, with excellent customer service skills and
of smart appearance.
Knowledge - with a keen interest in wines, you will have WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Diploma or equivalent and a good level of spoken French.
Experience - at least 1 year working experience within a similar establishment is required. Previous experience with micros POS would be advantageous.
Good communication and fluency in English and French;
Excellent customer care;
Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management;
Highly self motivated and good presentation;
Good interpersonal manners and works well in a team;
Adaptable, flexible and ready to learn.
