To provide a point of contact service for policyholders, brokers, insurers and suppliers, working in partnership with a designated team of adjusters.
The role requires pro-activly making outgoing calls to policyholders, brokers and suppliers to drive the progress of cases and general administration activities.
Required skills:
* Ability to communicate effectively and persausively
* Ability to emphasise and communicate at all levels.
* Listening and communication skills
* Word and Excel
