You will become part of a professional food and beverage team reporting to the Operations Manager, where your principal role will be to build client relationships and ensure the smooth running of all bookings and events at this high profile town centre hotel.
Duties Include
To be responsible for selling Pomme d’Or Hotel as a venue for conferences, meetings and events and to identify new markets and business opportunities.
To establish and maintain exceptional working relationships with all clients, ensuring through skilled consultation, negotiation, planning and organisation, that the objectives of each event are met, whilst maximising sales yield.
To manage and facilitate all aspects of customer service, ensuring customer needs are dealt with professionally and efficiently before, during and after their stay. Excellent people skills to help in your day to day dealings with guests
