This is an oppourtunity to join our exciting Food and Beverage team. As Food and Beverage controller will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:
* Receiving and checking all incoming invoices to the kitchen and FandB stores against purchase orders to ensure they are correct.
* Manage the list of current credit notes to the hotel.
* Ensure all invoices have the correct coding before they are passed to head office for payment.
* Ensure all liquor requistions are inputted in to Forth Hospitality.
* Assist in the programming of the EPOS and Fourth Systems.
* Deputise for Storeman in their absence
* Complie regular statistical and management information for the Operations Manager and the Assistant FandB Managers
