This is an administrative entry level role. The purpose of the role is to provide Correspondence, Scanning and filing services within HSBC Private Bank.
The ideal candidate will:
Ensuring that all clients receive a high level of service
Ensure that all mail received is logged and distributed correctly
Ensure that all general filing is dealt with correctly and efficiently
Ensure that all scanning / imaging is dealt with correctly and efficiently
Knowledge and Experience / Qualifications
Although no formal knowledge is required to complete the role, it is expected that experience of Scanning, Correspondence and filing will be gained early on to ensure that a high level of service can be provided to the trust. All systems to be used are provided with on the job systems training from more experienced members of the team.
