This is an administrative entry level role. The purpose of the role is to provide Correspondence, Scanning and filing services within HSBC Private Bank. The ideal candidate will: Ensuring that all clients receive a high level of service Ensure that all mail received is logged and distributed correctly Ensure that all general filing is dealt with correctly and efficiently Ensure that all scanning / imaging is dealt with correctly and efficiently Knowledge and Experience / Qualifications Although no formal knowledge is required to complete the role, it is expected that experience of Scanning, Correspondence and filing will be gained early on to ensure that a high level of service can be provided to the trust. All systems to be used are provided with on the job systems training from more experienced members of the team. Start Date: 01/09/2014
