Working alongside a team of social workers, team assistants and allied professionals you will co-ordinate a significant aspect of the department’s respite provision. You will also take referrals, and assist professionals in their case management, assessments and reviews.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills are essential, as is the ability to both work autonomously and with colleagues. Experience of working in a social care setting, or experience of working with vulnerable individuals is desirable, though not essential.
