We are currently recruiting for a full time Assistant Manager to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings at Schrader Limited (T/A Dove Spa) in Jersey. As Assistant Manager you will be required to assist the Salon Manager in her day-to-day duties, or in her absence you may be requested to carry out a number of her duties.
You will work with the salon team members to help maintain salon standards in all aspects of beauty services, health, hygiene and safety and achieve standards of excellence in guest service at all times.
You will need to be qualified to NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent (including electrical facials) and have at least 2 years’ experience working in a spa/salon environment with supervisor or management experience.
