A willing and cheerful manner is needed as the job holder will need to work as a team member in an often busy and stressful environment.
You will have minimum 1 year’s chef experience in a similar role with good standard (3 star +) hotels/restaurants and will also have NVQ qualifications or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will need to show a genuine interest in cooking and the willingness to undergo further vocational training.
