Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, business departments and internal clients, for the obtaining/exchanging of information and to identify current and future Audit requirements.Maintain high levels of drive and enthusiasm through a positive attitude to assist team members in finding solutions and more efficient ways of working in a constructive environment.Assist the Management group in monitoring the effectiveness of Audit services delivered by encouraging staff to utilise Rapid Feedback and Engagement Review Forms to assess learning, provide feedback and reflect on the quality of service.
Time and Exam Qualified Accountant – ACA , ACCA or country equivalent
At least 3 years experience in an Audit Capacity.
Current accounting and financial reporting standards including IFRS and UK standards.
