In-Patient Older People Services are seeking to recruit dynamic and enthusiatic staff nurses to provide high quality and compassionate person centred care to deliver to Older Adults with complex needs within a nursing care environment. Applicants would benefit from having experience in this specialised area of nursing.
The postholder will act as a practitioner with professional accountability to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate care for a group of patients with a range of complex care needs in a long term nursing care setting.
