Investor Services Group (ISG) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) are shared service teams centred within State Street AIS Jersey.
ISG is responsible for the maintenance of static data held on various systems for private equity and real estate funds and for the generation and delivery of certificates, notices, reports and other packages for these funds; notices include all deliverables to fund investors (for example capital calls, distributions, financial statements, capital accounts, tax returns etc) Subscription and redemption dealing and capital and income distribution payments are also a service provided by this team.
The CDD group is responsible for the collation and maintenance of client, managed entity and investor due diligence data held within Galaxy and elsewhere, for Private Equity and Real Estate divisions within AIS EMEA.
