We are looking for individuals with first class customer service skills to liaise with our customers via telephone, e-mail and live web chat. You will work collaboratively with fellow team members, other departments and 3rd Party suppliers to deliver upbeat, positive and helpful resolution of customer support questions. Applicants must be able to work Saturday. French or German language skills would be advantageous, or Nordic languages. Please see our website for further details of this position.
