The Morvan Family Hotel Group is looking for an experience Chef de Partie to join our friendly and professional team.
Previous experience in a similar role within a 3* or 4* establishment is essential and all candidates must have a good level of English and a Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene.
Ideally the candidate will have a keen interest in the Pastry section, and a good overall knowledge of the Kitchen function.
Previous experience of working within an AA Rosette establishment along with good working practice within the Pastry section would be advantageous.
Live in accommodation optional subject to availability.
Hours: 41
Days per Week: 5 (Weekends included)
Start Date: Immediate
Finish Date: October 2014
