Sous chef required for busy local pub dining rooms in Rozel Bay. Will work under the direction of the head chef from Chateau la Chaire to prepare and serve dishes using only fresh ingredients. Menu is based on traditional home cooked pub fayre to a high specification. Must have good English skills and kitchen experience to a high standard.
This position may suit a good Chef de Partie looking to move up.
Hours: 45
Days per Week: 6 (Weekends included)
Shift: Lunch and Dinner
