• Translate HSBC’s strategy and vision into achievable goals for branch and individuals
• Analyse management information (MI) and use this to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction
• Credit Skills - Have a proven ability to successfully manage complex credit limits and a comprehensive understanding of CARM
