We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and enthusiastic individual to become part of our kitchen team. Duties will include daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years culinary experience within a similar sized 4* operation in a similar role, with a good understanding of European cuisine and ideally large volume production, be highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative. This position require a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. - Ability to supervisor/train others effectively - Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management - Highly self motivated and good presentation - Adaptable, flexible and ready to learn Hours: 42 over 5 days (Weekends included) Start Date: Immediate Finish Date: October 2013
