The spa receptionist is the first point of contact both by telephone and of the greeting of the guests at The Club Spa. Responsibilities range from meeting and greeting to assisting the therapist and spa manager in the day to day running of the spa.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Welcome spa guest and show them the spa facilities
Book appointments using premier spa system
Stock ordering
Answers inquiries pertaining to the hotel and spa services
Opening and closing spa duties
Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests
End of day cashing up
Up selling of spa products and services
Housekeeping duties including keeping the relaxation area tidy and clean, collecting laundry etc
Hours: 35 - 40 over 5 days weekends included
Contract: To cover maternity leave 6 months finishing December 2014
