The postholders will provide a high quality customer service within the Income Support Zone to all customers, ensuring that appropriate legislation is adhered to. Ensure that the service is delivered in an accurate, professional and friendly manner in order that a first class service is provided.
To counsel, advise and appraise customers who have complex, non-routine enquires and promote the full range of services available within Income Support.
